Place the unused cookware in its original packaging, ensuring it is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, affix it to your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return to confirm its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
